We are seeking a Creative Lead who combines strong leadership with deep creative expertise to translate strategic vision into powerful design, media, animation, and production outputs across Tradenet. As a key member of the brand leadership team, the Creative Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring that creative strategies are brought to life with excellence, coherence, and impact.

Terms of Employment:
The Duration of the assignment is 1 (one) year from the commencement of work. Contract may be extended after performance analysis at the end of the term.

Scope of Work
This role oversees the entire Creative Team including designers, animators, media producers, event creatives etc. and is responsible for managing execution, directing workflows, and elevating quality across all creative outputs. The Creative Lead turns vision into reality by guiding the team, setting high standards, and ensuring every piece of work strengthens the brand’s identity and inspires audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the creative vision and strategic direction of the brand are executed effectively across all channels and formats.
Safeguard and evolve the visual identity, ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact across every touchpoint.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team of visual designers, animators, producers, and creative specialists.
Oversee workflows, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Direct the development of campaigns, narratives, and creative assets across digital, print, video, podcast, and experiential formats.
Oversee event and experiential design, including staging, installations, and large-scale activations.
Guide animation and motion design projects, ensuring strong storytelling and technical excellence.
Direct the full lifecycle of video production, shaping ideas into compelling visual stories through concepting, filming, editing, and post-production that engage audiences and elevate brand narratives.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure creative strategies are seamlessly integrated into campaigns, platforms, and initiatives.
Partner with external vendors, production houses, or studios when scaling output for complex projects, while retaining internal creative leadership.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Media Arts, Visual Communication, or related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in creative roles with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity overseeing teams and large-scale creative projects.
Proven expertise in design, video production, animation, and event/experiential creative direction and production.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level conceptual thinking, cross-platform storytelling, and execution of complex creative projects.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, along with other industry standard production/animation tools.
Familiarity with experiential content production platforms, particularly those used in 3D design, projection mapping, or interactive media, will be considered an added advantage.
Excellent understanding of brand systems, visual identity management, and creative strategy execution.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor diverse creative professionals.
Confident communicator with the ability to present and articulate creative approaches to stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
