Terms of Employment:

The Duration of the assignment is 1 (one) year from the commencement of work. Contract may be extended after performance analysis at the end of the term.

Remuneration:

Based on qualifications and experience.

Scope of Work

The Lead Test Engineer is a senior role responsible for ensuring digital solutions meet both technical robustness and business acceptance standards. The role focuses on product-level validation, system integration testing, and UAT leadership to guarantee alignment with citizen, business, and agency requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Product & UAT Leadership
  • Design and lead UAT strategies and scripts in alignment with product requirements.

  • Validate real-world scenarios, workflows, and integrations from a user’s perspective.

  • Collaborate with product owners to define acceptance criteria and ensure business goals are met.

Technical Testing & Validation
  • Develop and execute integration, regression and performance tests.

  • Build automation frameworks for regression and acceptance testing where feasible.

  • Identify and escalate technical bottlenecks or gaps to relevant teams

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with developers, solution architects, and business analysts to ensure testing is aligned with technical and functional requirements.

  • Act as a liaison with client/stakeholder teams during UAT cycles, gathering feedback and validating fixes.

  • Provide leadership in acceptance review sessions, ensuring all parties sign off on product readiness

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in software development, including at least 2 years in UAT or product validation roles.

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience with exceptional portfolio

  • Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman or equivalent.

  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business impact.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level system design and workflows.

  • Ability to validate business-critical processes from both technical and user perspectives.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on technical depth.

  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
