Terms of Employment:

Scope of Work
As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality video and audio content across multiple platforms including social media, web, events, campaigns, and advertising. This is a hands-on creative role, where you will execute the full production process: planning, filming, recording, editing, and final delivery of multimedia outputs that are both technically polished and creatively engaging.
You will work as part of the Creative Team while collaborating closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure multimedia content aligns with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and product storytelling. Together with Visual Designers, Motion Designers, and the wider Brand Team, you will help craft compelling stories that connect with audiences and elevate the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute video shoots, both on-site and off-site including lighting and sound.
Operate video cameras and related equipment.
Design and execute end-to-end multimedia production tasks, including pre-production planning, filming, sound recording, editing, and post-production.
Capture and edit high-quality video and audio, both in-studio and on location, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and production quality.
Edit video and audio content using industry-standard software, delivering professional-grade outputs optimised for different platforms and formats.
Handle file management, versioning, and exporting for delivery across social, web, OOH, and broadcast channels.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to translate concepts and campaigns into impactful multimedia content.
Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions, with a strong focus on narrative and audience engagement.
Stay updated on the latest multimedia tools, techniques, and creative trends.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Film Production, Media Arts, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
A portfolio showcasing previous video and audio projects is mandatory for consideration.
Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in multimedia design and production.
Extensive hands-on experience in videography and audio production, including advanced operation of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment in both studio and field environments.
High-level proficiency in software’s such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve etc. or equivalent industry-standard tools.
Strong creative skills, with a good eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
Strong creative design and storytelling skills, with an eye for composition, pacing, and emotional impact.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take direction and contribute in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced projects.
