Terms of Employment:
The Duration of the assignment is 1 (one) year from the commencement of work. Contract may be extended after performance analysis at the end of the term.

Scope of Work
As a Solution Analyst, you’ll team up with clients to understand how their business works, rethink how things can be done better, and bring those ideas to life through smart digital workflows. You’ll turn real problems into real solutions — from concept to launch — helping businesses operate more efficiently, intelligently, and effectively through innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities
Study and analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
Recommend process reengineering strategies that align with organizational objectives and best practices.
Configure, design, and rigorously test solutions using internal tools to translate business processes into functional system workflows.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure new configurations and functionalities meet client needs and maintain platform consistency.
Engage with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery.
Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client requirements and provide technical support for solution-related queries.
Continuously assess and suggest system improvements, upgrades, and optimizations to enhance performance and usability.
Develop or customize configurations where standard product capabilities do not fully meet requirements.
Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to operational use.
Qualification & Experience
1 Year experience in a relevant field.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in understanding complex business processes.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, initiative, and attention to detail.
Ability to respond quickly and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work experience or professional background in IT and Business fields.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dhivehi.
