Terms of Employment:

The Duration of the assignment is 1 (one) year from the commencement of work. Contract may be extended after performance analysis at the end of the term.

Scope of Work

The Test Engineer is responsible for executing technical and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that digital platforms and solutions meet functional, technical, and business requirements. The role involves developing and executing test cases, documenting results, and supporting system validation efforts under the direction of the Lead Test Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scripts based on product requirements.

• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing of applications and APIs.

• Assist in executing UAT scenarios, ensuring workflows and business processes are validated.

• Document test results, track defects,

Technical Testing

• Perform API testing and validate data flows across integrated systems.

• Support performance and load testing activities.

• Contribute to test automation initiatives (where applicable) by preparing or running automated scripts.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the Lead Test Engineer, developers, and business analysts to ensure testing aligns with requirements.

• Provide clear and timely feedback on issues, risks, and testing progress.

• Participate in acceptance review sessions and support final validation before product releases.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years in software testing or software development, with exposure to UAT or product validation.

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

• Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or similar.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
