The Annual General Meeting No. AGM 04/2025 of Tradenet Maldives Corporation Limited (Tradenet) was held on 9th October 2025. The meeting reviewed the 2024 Annual Report and approved the 2024 Audited Financial Statements. Furthermore, the 2024 Dividend was declared, and the company’s Memorandum of Association (MoA) was revised. In addition, a brief presentation on the 2025 Business Plan and 2026 Budget was delivered.
