We announce that, during the Annual General Meeting held on 09th October 2025, the recommendation by the Board of Directors regarding the final dividend for the financial year 2024 was confirmed. As previously announced in the Recommendation of Final Dividend for the Year 2021, reference number: Tradenet- AN/2025/01 (21st September 2025), due to the company's financial performance and accumulated losses, there are no profits available for distribution. Therefore, no dividends will be declared for the financial year 2024.
