We announce that, during the Annual General Meeting held on 30th April 2024, the recommendation by the Board of Directors regarding the final dividend for the financial year 2021 was confirmed. As previously announced in the Recommendation of Final Dividend for the Year 2021, reference number: Tradenet- AN/2024/01 (15th April 2024), due to the company's financial performance and accumulated losses, there are no profits available for distribution. Therefore, no dividends will be declared for the financial year 2021.
