We hereby announce that, following review of the company's financial performance and considering accumulated losses, the Board of Directors has determined that there are no profits available for distribution for the year 2022. Therefore, the Board of Directors recommends no dividends to be declared for the financial year 2022. 

This recommendation was finalized by the Board of Directors during the board meeting held on 15th July 2024. It will be presented for confirmation at the Extraordinary General Meeting number EGM-01/2024, scheduled for 31st July 2024.
