We hereby announce that, following review of the company's financial performance and considering accumulated losses, the Board of Directors has determined that there are no profits available for distribution for the year 2024. Therefore, the Board of Directors recommends no dividends to be declared for the financial year 2024.

This recommendation was finalized by the Board of Directors during the board meeting held on 18th September 2025. It will be presented for confirmation at the Extraordinary General Meeting number AGM-04/2025, scheduled for 09th October 2025.
