Terms of Employment:

Scope of Work
Tradenet Maldives Corporation Limited is undertaking several national-level initiatives which require strong coordination with government agencies and partner organizations. To support these eff orts, we require a dedicated Agency Coordinator to manage communication, meetings, and follow-ups with external stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination, demonstrating platforms and services, and serving as the primary point of contact between Tradenet and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating and arranging meetings with government agencies and partner organizations.
Preparing and sending agreements and following up on their progress until completion.
Demonstrating Tradenet’s platforms and services to agency teams and addressing their initial queries.
Conducting in-person visits to agencies where required to facilitate engagement.
Supporting the engagement process by tracking progress, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Acting as the main focal point between Tradenet and agencies during the engagement process.
Reporting on progress and challenges directly to the General Manager – Business Development.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Public Administration, or related fi eld.
Prior experience in coordination, business development, or government liaison preferred.
Must have strong communication skills in both Dhivehi and English (verbal and written).
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to present and demonstrate platforms and services to stakeholders.
Willingness to travel and meet with agencies in person as required.
