Terms of Employment:

The Duration of the assignment is 1 (one) year from the commencement of work. Contract may be extended after performance analysis at the end of the term.

Remuneration:

Based on qualifications and experience.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Illustration, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years proven work experience in a related creative role.

Responsibilities:

The Creative Designer will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Interpret creative briefs with minimal supervision and translate them into compelling, purpose-driven visual concepts.

  • Design creative assets across a range of formats including digital, print, presentations, events, and web ensuring brand alignment at every touchpoint.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, production, etc.) to ensure clarity, consistency, and cohesion across creative deliverables.

  • Develop illustrations, graphics, and layouts that are polished, thoughtful, and strategically aligned with the brand’s goals, messaging, and overall creative direction.

  • Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity system maintaining consistency, elevating quality, and ensuring all design standards and templates remain current.

Skills & Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant experience across both digital and print mediums.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

  • Strong command of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.

  • Proactive mindset with a passion for emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles, animation, or motion design is a plus but not required.
