Terms of Employment:

The Duration of the assignment is 1 (one) year from the commencement of work. Contract may be extended after performance analysis at the end of the term.

Remuneration:

Based on qualifications and experience.

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on software development experience.

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent bootcamp/self-taught experience with strong portfolio)

• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving requirements

Qualities & Skills:

Technical Skills - Required:

• Proficiency in React.js for frontend development, including modern hooks, state management, and component architecture

• Experience with Laravel framework for backend API development and MVC patterns

• Strong understanding of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, including query optimization and database design principles

• Mastery of Git version control, including branching strategies, merge conflicts, pull requests, and collaborative team workflows

• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs

Technical Skills - Preferred:

• Exposure to Go programming language for microservices or backend development

• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and cloud deployment practices

• Experience with Cloudflare for CDN, security, and performance optimization

• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines

Professional Skills:

• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes through technical solutions

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based development

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across full-stack applications

• Excellent time management with ability to meet project deadlines

• Clear communication skills for technical discussions and code reviews
