The Annual General Meeting no. AGM 03/2024 of Tradenet Maldives was held on 30th April 2024. The meeting reviewed the 2021 Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements, approved FJS Associates LLP as external auditors for 2024 - 2026 and discussed the Strategic Action Plan for 2024 - 2026. It also addressed the postponement of the 2023 AGM, current financial challenges, and the need for an EGM later this year.
