As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize our service delivery, we are announcing updates to our operational hours.

New Operating Hours

Effective from January 1st, 2025, all oneGov Support Centers and the oneGov Contact Center will operate during the following hours:

Sunday to Thursday

• 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

• Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays

What This Means for You

• All in-person services at oneGov Support Centers will follow these new timings

• Phone support through the oneGov Contact Center (1500) as well as livechat support for xPat and Business Portal will be available during these hours

• Existing appointments scheduled outside these new hours will be contacted for rescheduling
