We are excited to welcome the first group of interns who will be working with us as part of Tradenet’s inaugural Internship Programme. 

This programme was established to highlight our commitment to nurturing young talent and providing a platform for growth and development.

Our first batch of interns will be working with various departments within Tradenet and getting hands-on experience in a variety of areas such as business development, solutions engineering, marketing, and more.

A Rigorous Selection Process

These interns began their journey with an introductory session that provided insights into Tradenet’s vision, culture, and goals as a company, along with the objectives of the programme. 

Following this, candidates participated in an aptitude test designed to assess their skills and potential. Successful candidates progressed to face-to-face interviews where members of our team evaluated their enthusiasm, expertise, and alignment with the company’s goals. 

Out of all the applicants, the top 10 performers were selected to join the programme. These 10 applicants stood out due to their exceptional aptitude and determination.

To mark the beginning of this transformative journey, the selected interns attended an offer-signing ceremony on the 31st of December 2024. 

The Start of a New Chapter

The interns officially began their journey with us today. They attended a small orientation and agreement-signing session to commemorate the start of the Internship Programme. The session was held in our Training Room, at our Head Office. 

During the session, the interns were assigned to the teams that aligned with their chosen area of interest, where they will be diving into a range of exciting and impactful projects. 

Throughout the programme, they will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of our operations. We hope to play a key role in paving the way for their personal and professional growth.

Interns will also receive a monthly stipend, access to professional development workshops, and enjoy the flexibility of a 3-9 month programme duration tailored to their career goals. 

With fields ranging from Customer Service to People Operations, the programme caters to a wide array of interests and aspirations.
