Tradenet Maldives Corporation Limited will convene its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM-04/2025) on Thursday, 9 October 2025, at the company’s head office in Malé City.
The meeting will bring together the Board of Directors, shareholder representatives and key institutional stakeholders to review company performance, reaffirm governance commitments and align strategic priorities with the Government of Maldives’ digital transformation goals.
Carrying Forward Our National Mandate
Established in 2019, Tradenet has become a leading institution in advancing the Maldives’ digital transformation. As the government’s digital and innovation arm, its mission is to design and deliver integrated, people-centred systems and services that improve service delivery, transparency, and efficiency across the public sector.
Through initiatives such as oneGov, the unified service delivery platform for public services. for digital public services, and Tradian, the Maldives National Single Window for trade, Tradenet continues to strengthen and enhance interactions between citizens, businesses and government. These projects form part of a broader mandate to build a connected and resilient digital ecosystem that supports national development.
Over the past year, Tradenet has continued to deliver on this mandate through collaboration, institutional reform and innovation. Tradenet is a lead implementing partner of the Maldives 2.0 Digital Transformation Vision and holds direct responsibility for delivering its Pillar 6: Citizen-Centric and Business-Friendly Digital Public Services. This pillar focuses on creating efficient, accessible and user-centered digital services that simplify how citizens and businesses engage with the state.
Under this mandate, Tradenet is driving the phased onboarding of government services to oneGov and enhancing the platform to serve as the unified digital gateway for public services. The company is also expanding Tradian as the national gateway for trade-related digital services.
Through these initiatives, Tradenet plays a defining role in translating the Maldives 2.0 vision into tangible, citizen-centric outcomes that strengthen digital governance and improve service delivery across the public sector.
The upcoming AGM will provide an opportunity to review progress, assess operational direction and discuss the next phase of institutional growth.

In line with the Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) Corporate Governance Code, the AGM notice, agenda and supporting documents have been made publicly available to ensure transparency and accessibility for all stakeholders.
