Tender Cancellation: Provision of Legal Services

Tradenet Maldives Corporation Limited hereby cancels the tender invitation for the provision of Legal Services, dated 25th August 2024, announcement no. Tradenet-CS/T/2024/007 with reference to Tradenet Maldives procurement policy section 19, subsection 19.6-point B & D - “The Tender Evaluation Committee may recommend that all of the Tenders be rejected and cancel the procurement process, if: b) All of the Tenders are unreasonably high in price compared to the cost estimate; d) There is deemed to be an absence of competition; (however lack of competition is not usually decided solely on the basis of the number of Tenderers).”

Interested parties please forward “Proposal Registration” to “procurement@tradenet.com.mv” before 01st September 2024, 16:00hrs. Parties who do not register before the said date will not be able to participate in the bid submission.
